Returns / Cancellation Policy

Cancellations / Returns Policy:

According to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, made to measure goods (blinds, curtains, shades, awnings or shutters) are excluded from this legislation and the 7 day cancellation rights do not apply. We will not accept returns of made to measure goods. Cancellations are still possible as long as these products or parts of them have not been made.

Other products which are not made to measure can be returned and must comply with the following:

1. Goods purchased from our website may be returned for a refund as long as you inform us and return within 7 days of receipt. You take full responsibility for our goods while they are in your possession. Any goods for return must be sent back in its original shipped condition, together with any original packaging.

2. After the 7 day period and up to 28 days: Should an item not be needed and you fail to inform us we mayl offer a refund but for the value of 75% of the purchase price (exclusive of shipping).

3. If a product is faulty you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange it for you. You must inform us via email within 3 days from receipt.

4 . We will not refund items without authorization; items that have been used, cleaned, damaged or soiled; items returned without full packaging will be refused.

5. Before sending the parcels back to us please email us for a Returns Authorization and we will make the appropriate arrangements. You will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode, so please ensure to include these as well as your reason for requesting a return. We will not be liable for return shipping costs.

6. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, negligence, abnormal working conditions, wilful damage, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.

7. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'Disputed'. Such Disputed items will not be refunded or exchanged and a reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such Dispute items back to you at a cost to yourself; otherwise they will be destroyed within 60 calendar days from their receipt back to us. All refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking & handling fee.
