Scope of Warranty

Our confidence in the superior quality of our products is reflected in our offering of a complimentary 5-year extended warranty, which applies to all products made directly by us. This extends our standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty, providing an additional 4 years of coverage on specific parts, as outlined below. Externally sourced products will be covered by their own applicable warranty.

Our guarantee is simple and straightforward with just a few obvious conditions and exclusions

  • Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions
  • Fitted in a non domestic environment
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fabrics and dyes - normal fading


N.B. Outside of the collection and delivery guarantee period we will be happy to collect and return your product subject to a nominal call out fee.

This guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Fiesta Blinds & Fabrics Ltd be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages of for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. This guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national laws in force. We hope you'll agree that our guarantee is plain and simple. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Services team if you have any problems whatsoever with one of our products. Applies to all products made in house, by our expert team from 01/01/2023. All products made prior to this date will be covered under a standard 1 year guarantee. Externally sourced products will be governed by their own guarantee/warranty as set out by the manufacturer.
